Mr. Valdez’s commitment towards his business to reach a new market, lead him to Texas A & M International University Small Business Development Center, where he met with his certified business advisor Ms. Tina Rodriguez.
Ms. Rodriguez assisted Mr. Valdez with different certifications to contract with State and Federal agencies. Elite Employment Services LLC is now certified as Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), Disadvantage Business Enterprise (DBE), Small Business Enterprise (SBE), Hispanic American Business Enterprise (HABE) and Historically Underutilized Business (HUB).
Elite Employment Services is able to contract with State and Federal agencies, due to his certifications. He retained his staff at all his current branches in Laredo, McAllen, Eagle Pass and San Antonio Texas and continues to grow.
